Our opening ceremony On July 29th, we successfully hold the [Ng Fung Cup Cooking Competition of Rice Vermicelli and Rice Vermicelli Dishes". The competition divided into Rice Vermicelli competition and Rice Vermicelli Dishes competition. Nearly 60 competitors from 3 provinces took part in the activity. Some were famous chefs from large hotels, some were chairmen or members of restaurant association, some were professional cookers of rice vermicelli- Our cookers After several hours` competition, 27 dishes of rice vermicelli and 37 rice vermicelli dishes had been worked out.
